Submit Application and Application Fee of $50 2. Proof of English Proficiency 3. Official College Transcript If earned degree outside of the U.S must be NACES evaluated 4. U.S. Active Duty Military Tuition Rates (all master's degree programs) $350 per credit hour plus fees ( rate also applies to spouses of active duty military members ) U.S. Retired Military Tuition Rate (all master’s degree programs) $100 discount ($530 per credit) VA PROGRAMS MONTGOMERY GI BILL POST 9-11 GI BILL- STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVING A PARTIAL HOUSING STIPEND FOR ONLINE PROGRAMS.
