1. Perform Previous Preparation

Steps in Previous Preparation 1. Identify and use PPEs as per instructions 2. Air the production room as per workplace procedures 3. Select and assemble cleaning materials and equipment 4. Clean and assemble food production tools and equipment 5. Clean surfaces and equipment appropriately 6. Collect and weigh ingredients as per recipe

2. Prepare Main Meal

Cooking Tasks 1. Use recommended equipment for each food item 2. Apply cooking methods as per recipe 3. Maintain correct cooking temperatures 4. Adhere to recipe timings
