CHIEF COMPLAINT/ PRESENTING COMPLAINTS: Pain in frontal head region and malar bone region since 3 days Stuffiness of nostrils alternate s ides right >left Sensation of dimness ,heaviness and congestion in face Unable to breathe during night time thick yellow whitish discharge from posterior nares < night time , cold weather,on exposure to dust Sneezings 3-4 times in early morning Watery discharge from nose

HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS: He is suffering from this complaints since 2015 and he is diagnosed as suffering from right maxillary sinusitis Initially there is more congestion in right side of the face ,stuffiness in right nostrils and right side of the head complaints recurr frequently more in winter ,cold weather,there was thick yellow whitish discharge from posterior nares
