2. Case 1 Male 30 yrs. C/C: recessions ,spontaneous bleeding and difficulty in chewing Medically fit and well Family history++

3. BASELINE O/E: gen inflamed gingiva, ballooning and rolling of marginal and papillary gingiva, moderate plaque and calculus grade 2 mobile 12,11,carious 38,37,18,no fremitus detected
