The adoption of Android smartphones is a technological advancement that is growing. Same Attendance management is a critical task for HR departments. You may avoid time theft , which happens when workers are paid for hours they didn't actually work, by keeping accurate attendance records. Hourly workers are more likely to commit time theft because they have the ability to falsify their time clock readings. Monitoring employee attendance may indicate patterns of conduct, such as some employees who fail to report for duty The current system is manual and time-consuming. HR staff spend hours collecting and verifying attendance data. There are frequent errors and discrepancies. This leads to delays in payroll processing and frustration among employees
Challenges Faced 5 Due to a number of variables, including manual tracking, a lack of accountability, and uneven policies, managing attendance can be difficult. These difficulties may result in blunders, errors, and disagreements. Adopting efficient methods and best practices is therefore crucial to streamlining attendance management. Employees were hesitant to adopt the new system because they were familiar to the previous one. The technology was unfamiliar to the IT team, and the implementation was expensive.

Each employee's face will be recognized by the planned employee attendance system, which will also be able to capture the QR code from their identity card that was provided by the administration. The features of the employee attendance system will include employee registration, employee monitoring of attendance, employee easy access to attendance records, and employee daily and monthly reports.
