Cepodem XP 325 Tablet Dosage Below are the dosage information for Cepodem XP 325 Tablet - Dosage of Cefpodoxime Proxetil As per the seriousness of the disease and the age of the patient, the dose of the drug varies. Adults : • Maximum: The dose should not be more than 400 mg per day. • Pneumonia : 200mg  afterevery 12hrs for the period of 14 days.  • Bronchitis, sinusitis: 200mg after every 12hrs for the period of 10 days. • Pharyngitis/tonsillitis: 100mg after every 12hrs for the period of 10 days.  • Skin: 400mg after every 12hrs for the period of 14 days . Dosage of Cefpodoxime Proxetil It has to be added in the ratio of 14.5 along with suitable and competent  cephalosporins antibiotics.  Each 125-mg chewable tablet and each 5 mL of reconstituted 125/5 mL oral suspension of AUGMENTIN contains 0.16 mEq potassium
