prospect of Africa” because “all our social policies are
based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as
ours—whereas all the testing says not really.” which led to
a lot of backlash and eventually almost leading to
bankruptcy.

The letter ends with him being referred to as the Prince of Peace on Earth
