Chapo (Peruvian jungle drink) Ingredients: Four ripe bananas (from the jungle). A cup of milk A liter of water Sugar (optional) Instructions Boil the bananas with enough water so they cook well. Mash the bananas until it forms a paste with the same amount of water that it was boiled in. Add milk and taste, and it is ready to serve. If it is too thick, you can add more milk, boiled water or sugar.
