It is a process of communicating , interacting or exchanging messages over the internet. A realtime communication via keyboard between two or more users on a local network.

9. Internet Relay Chat(IRC) It is a system for chatting that involves a set of rules . It facilitates communication in the form of text. It is mainly designed for group communication . Also allows one-to-one communication includes file sharing.
