All children have the right to say 'no' if any person tries to do something to them which they feel is wrong. All children have the right to be supported against bullies. All children must feel they can tell an adult of any incident that frightens or confuses them or makes them unhappy.

3. RA 7610 serves as the primary law addressing child abuse and providing measures for the protection and rehabilitation of child victims. It defines the different forms of abuse and sets penalties for those found guilty of committing such acts.
