15. The ICT tester is a professional automatic testing
equipment used for functional testing and fault diagnosis
of circuit boards. With the ICT TR518 SII tester,
manufacturers can conduct comprehensive testing of
circuit boards, including detecting component values,
circuit connections, and board layout. The testing process
is automated and can be done through pre-written test
programs, improving efficiency and accuracy.
When the tester detects a significant deviation in a
component's value, the tester will immediately sound an
alarm and record the issue. This allows the manufacturer
to adjust the production process, ensuring product quality
promptly. Promptly identifying and fixing board issues
helps ensure quality, reduce defects, enhance efficiency,
and cut costs.
