PRAYER FOR THE FAMILY THIS CHRISTMAS Father, God of our origins, You sent Your only Son to reconcile the world to Yourself, to call back the hearts of families into peaceful accord. You are the planner and supporter of families, You bless it and in it You plant the seeds of peace and happiness, grant that as we celebrate Your blessed Christmas Day, may we truly cherish the worth of family, to love one another as You love us. May the joys of Christmas nourish our joy in having each other. May the hope of Christmas compel us to help others, and may the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, inspire us to become gifts to one another. Amen.
A Blessed, Merry Christmas! Sacred Heart Cathedral, Yokohama Japan Catholicyamate.org
