The FFE-1300×6S Plastic Circular Loom is specially designed to produce high-quality wide tubular or flat fabric

2. Human-Machine Interface
The main motor, fabric lifting motor, and warp feeding motor operate
through inverter control, and the advanced HMI makes the operation
smooth and convenient.
Warp Feeding System
Set the warp tension on both sides according to the fabric weight to reduce
fluctuations in the weaving width.
Weft Breakage & Weft Finished Detecting System
Weft breakage detection provides reliable and flexible transmission of mag-
netic signals. For weft depletion, the system detects the color difference
between the weft bobbin and the tape, and when the tape is nearly finished,
the loom stops automatically.
Grommet Band & Wire Heald Structure
Made from high-strength, high-tenacity material, the grommet band,
together with the wire heald, delivers stable performance with minimal
noise.
