Abstract
How do you transform an enterprise like Cisco Systems, with 70,000+ employees, hundreds of
application and system development teams and thousands of applications? How do you make a
company like that more Lean and Agile? In order to maintain its market leadership and continue
to innovate and attract the best talent, Cisco knows it needs to become a learning organization
and better adapt to change.
Robbie Rivera, an Agile Coach and Practitioner at Cisco Systems shared his Agile Transformation
Journey. Robbie will share how Cisco uses CA Project & Portfolio Management and CA Agile
Central with Agile best practices, such as managing and prioritizing the enterprise portfolio and
enabling Agile teams with Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
