6.1 Answers: The texts we usually read are- novel, poem, story, articles and essay. Yes, Sometimes I face difficulties understanding them as there are some new words that I don’t understand. Yes I can remember. I didn’t understand an article about Dengue. Because there were some medical terms and scientific words that I had never heard before. The text was about Dengue fever and it’s severity. It was an article written by a researcher. Due to lack of knowledge about dengue I didn’t understand the text. Basically, the reasons are Unknown or new words, complicated structure of Sentence and never read any text of such kind of topics.
Antelope The term ‘antelope’ is used to refer to many species of even-toed ruminants that are local to many countries in Africa and Eurasia. They are a swift running deer-like animal. Antelopes belong to the family Bovidae, which also includes cattle , sheep , and goats . Antelopes are noted for their beauty, grace, and speed in running. Most are distinguished by upswept, back-curving horns. It’s horns are the most interesting parts of it. The size and shape of antelopes’ horns vary greatly. Antelopes have moderately developed brains and acute senses of smell and hearing. These, along with their unusual agility and speed, allow them to detect any lurking danger quickly and leap to safety. If escape is not an option, antelopes are capable of fighting back. Baby antelope which is called a calf is an easy target. That is why the mother keeps it in a secret location until it becomes stronger. It uses its horns to fight against the hunting animal, which lived in a herdp. Antelopes eat tree shoots, leaves, plants, grasses and flowers. A number of subspecies are endangered. Many species of antelope are imported to other parts of the world, especially the United States, for exotic game hunting.
