Diagnostic Study Introduction, Objectives & Methodology District: Bastar Introduction A diagnostic study conducted for a skilling project in Bastar district is a research effort aimed at identifying the current skill levels, training needs, for adolescent girls age between 14 years to 18 years. This study assesses the gaps between existing skills and market demands to design effective training programs that enhance employability and economic development in the region. Objectives Identify Skill Gaps : Determine the current skills and competencies of the local population and identify gaps relative to market demands. Assess Training Needs : Evaluate the types of training and educational programs required to bridge these skill gaps. Inform Policy and Program Design : Provide data-driven insights to help design effective skilling programs and policies tailored to the region's socio-economic context. Enhance Employability : Develop strategies to improve the employability and economic prospects of the local population through targeted skill development. Methodology Targeting 400 Adolescents for study Marking identified number of adolescents from all different Blocks/Projects/Sectors/GPs/AWCs of district. 1 after 4 each structure to know the different perspectives of Adolescents. Parental Consent for the interview of each adolescents. Questions for personal/Family Background/Health/Education/Finance/Digital awareness/Seel perspectives.
