Distinction between Administration And Management Administration and management may seem the same but actually there is some difference. In our daily life we use these two difference interchangeably The Administration is defined as a systematic process of administering the management of an organization. It is a broad term and involves planning, decision making, organizing and forecasting functions of the higher level of the organization. The management is an act of managing people and their work to attain the organizational goal. The functions of management are planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.
