All the components of the air conditioning system play a significant role in keeping inside the car cool to beat the summer heat. AC compressor is the most important among them which is creating pressure for pushing the refrigerant throughout the system and keeps its flow as smooth as possible. But when it is damaged, you will notice the signs elaborate in the following slides.

COMMON SIGNS INDICATING THE DAMAGED AC COMPRESSOR IN A CAR
AC system depends on a steady flow of refrigerant to circulate through it.
Refrigerant can flow continuously from a component called as AC compressor.
Functional AC compressor produces a stable flow of cool air coming from the vents.
Like other AC components, the AC compressor endures a lot of stress.
Below points define the common signs of a damaged AC compressor in a car.
AC compressor has its internal bearings to prevent fluid from leaking. FLUID LEAKING
If the bearings become worn, then the fluid easily leaks through the bearing.
When the compressor is starting to fail, it will generate lots of strange noise. UNUSUAL NOISES
Noise is produced from the damaged bearings of the AC compressor.
To use the engine power, the AC compressor has a clutch connected to the engine. TIGHTENED COMPRESSOR CLUTCH
If the clutch is tightened, then it unable to transfer power from the engine over the compressor.
Damaged AC compressor will produce hot air that is blowing out of the vents. VENTS PRODUCE HOT AIR
As a result, the refrigerant cannot circulate through the AC system and create hot air.
Among the several components of AC, the compressor is a very significant component. CONCLUSION
So, when it is damaged, consult with a reputed mechanic for replacing it.
