Begin! The company's internal and external communication

1 2 3 4 What is business communication? What are the types of business communication? Internal communication External communication Summary

Corporate communication Corporate communication brings together all the human and technical resources used by an organization to exchange with its internal and external audiences.
Its main objective is to promote an offer or service with a view to generating more turnover and/or improving brand awareness . BACK TO AGENDA PAGE

Types of Business Communication If we cannot cover all forms of corporate communication in a single article — as there are so many aspects that deserve attention — we can at least deal with 3 forms of communication that no company can do without.
Internal communication
External communication

Internal Communication BACK TO AGENDA PAGE Internal communication is the dissemination of information to the company's stakeholders, i.e. its employees. Internal communication can be vertical (when employees of different hierarchical grades communicate with each other), top-down (from senior managers to employees), bottom-up (from employees to the hierarchy) or horizontal (when employees of the same hierarchical grade communicate with each other)

Internal Communication Objective The objective of internal communication is to create a positive and unified image of the company, to communicate its values and above all to create a sense of belonging to which its employees can adhere.
Indeed, the image that the worker will have of his company can only influence his own motivation as well as his pride in working for the organization that employs him.
If internal communication is fundamental for a company, it is because its reputation begins at the very heart of it, and its employees are its first ambassadors.
By setting up an effective communication circuit within the company and properly informing all employees, the company will build a positive image internally that will then radiate externally .

External communication A company's external communication includes all the means that it will implement to build an image and make people talk about it outside its walls.
External company communication is therefore the largest and most complex form of corporate communication.

External Communication Objective External communication allowed a company to create an image, to stand out from its competitors and to communicate its added value as an economic player.
Thus, a company will start its external communication by creating a visual identity. This step involves the adoption of a logo, often a clever composition of colors with a unique typography.

Conclusion In sum, strong internal communication fosters a vibrant corporate culture, while effective external communication strengthens the company's reputation and relevance in the market, thus combining strong internal foundations with a compelling external projection to ensure the organization's prosperity and sustainable growth .
