15. Solutions: the logic Local students are eager to contribute and participate. Student-led activities: student-student tutor, study groups, local education projects, expansive education project, artistic activity, small business, etc. Good complementary for incomplete formal education system. Utilize the Vietnamese culture of enjoying community activities. Students are more familiar to online learning than ever thanks to Covid-19. Perhaps children waste their time playing game because they don’t have any other fun things to do. MOOCs are easy to scale and cheap. True learning is communal, not individual.

Can’t completely eradicate education inequality Some children just don’t have the time Making sure that all the benefits are inclusive is hard Designing MOOCs that are actually useful and motivating for the student is hard.
