Swiggyis anonline food orderingand delivering service company based
inBengaluru,India.It was founded in 2014 by Nandan Reddy, Rahul Jaimini, and
Sriharsha Majety.
Swiggy is operated by Bundl Technologies Private Limitedin over 25 citiesin
India
Introduction of Zomato
Zomatois an Indian restaurant service founded in 2008 by Deepinder Goyaland
Pankaj Chaddah. It currently operates in 24 countries.
It began operations under the name,Foodiebay.
In November 2010, the brand was renamed asZomato.

Objectives
The objective of this study is to find out the best online food ordering and delivering
company i.e. ; Swiggy or Zomato.
To know the centennials perception about Swiggy and Zomato.
To find the best company who gives maximum level of satisfaction to the customer.
To understand the factors influencing by people order food online.

Data Collection
This study mainly focused on the customer perception of e-service quality
between two renowned companies Swiggy and Zomato.
This is the empirical research and the data has been collected from the
primary sources.
The questionnaire was sent to 100 respondents out of which 65 gave valid
responses.
The sampling area consist of NCR.

Centennials are relying more on
Social Media.

respondents, 57 used Swiggy
as compared to Zomato.

According to the responses, 61.5%
customers are more satisfied with
Zomato and 38.5 % customer are with
Swiggy .

Findings
Mostly students those who are on the verge of completing their studies are using
online food and delivery services because they have their disposable income. So,
they can stand some of stair money over on ordering food through online.
Centennials prefer Mobile application more rather that ordering through phone.
Most of the centennials becomes the king aware of Swiggy and Zomato through
social media platforms instead of any other pamphlet, Hoarding, SMS.
Centennials are satisfied with the serviesof both the online food provider but,
according to the survey according to the survey, we figured out that customers are
more satisfied with the Zomato as compared to the Swiggy.

Conclusion
1.The perception of the consumer varies according to various similarities and
difference based on their personal opinions.
2.The study reveals that mostly the youngsters / Gen Zare attached to the online
food ordering .
3.The study also reveals that the price of the products, discounts and special offers
have the most Influencing factor on online food ordering.
