Comparison between Replication of Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes DNA Replication in Prokaryotes In prokaryotes replication start from ori c site known as Origin of replication site.   DNA Replication in Eukaryotes The genome of Eukaryotes is so much large so its speed is very slow that is 50 nucleotide per second. Here DNA-C protein carry the the DNA-B protein. Here a multiprotiens do this work. These are monochromosomes maintenance protein ( MCM 6 , mco ) These act as DNA-B protein and cell division cycle6 or ( CDC 6 ). Here SSBP attach with the strand of DNA and keep them in unwind protein, so that they can’t rewind again. . RNA premise attach the primer. Replication proteins a “RPA” which is a multiprotien complex.
