PROJECT Projects can be further defined as temporary rather than permanent social systems or work systems that are constituted by teams within or across organizations to accomplish particular tasks under time constraints . An on-going project is usually called ( or evolves into ) a program . 2
CLASSIFICATION OF PROJECTS Quantifiable and Non- Quantifiable P rojects Quantifiable projects- quantitative assessment of benefits can be made. Concerned with industrial development, power generation, and mineral development. Non- quantifiable projects- where quantitative assessment is not possible.
