Land use and Characteristics One of the first malls in the city In total 9 major malls on this street Around 15 other commercial establishments including hotels, offices and some thing like a fish market. The entire zone is residential in nature as per the masterplan. 4 prominent and one of the first high rise societies of the city. 2 busy metro stations The street has high number commercial activities but a fair amount of mixed landuse character which provides an opportunity to activate it throughout the day.
