Historia El Folk Rock tuvo su origen en la década de los 60 (1965),en ese entonces apenas se empezaban a VENUS

Antes de que el Folk Rock sea como lo conocemos actualmente tuvo muchos cambios, el primer “Folk Rock” fue por el grupo llamado “Kingston Trio” con su versión pop del tema “Tom Dooley” la cual vendió 3 millones de unidades, debido a este gran éxito muchos grupos más empezaron a hacer sus variantes, todas ellas más dirigidas al mundo de la música pop https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8grIno58BM&list=RDEMAYklhYa6ucbOUh2htBBHMw&index=3 El hecho que vuelve el Folk Rock más parecido a como lo conocemos ahora fue con el estilo eléctrico de The Byrds y de Bob Dylan. A partir de 1965 este estilo musical entre el Rock, el Folk y el pop, se popularizo a nivel mundial .

EN QUE CONSISTE EL FOLK ROCK

¿En que consiste el Folk Rock? El folk rock es un género musical que fusiona elementos del folk y el rock. Se caracteriza por combinar la instrumentación acústica y las armonías vocales del folk con el sonido y la energía del rock. Las letras del folk rock suelen tratar temas sociales, políticos o sentimentales, y a menudo resaltan la importancia de la comunidad, la protesta y la conciencia social.
