Proposal: Students Pseudonymity and Anonymity Promoting the use of anonymous or fictitious personas in broadcasting can aid in protecting people’s privacy. Legal Control ensure individual’s consent is obtained before using or sharing their personal information. Measures such as data encryption , secure storage and access controls to be implemented.
Proposal: By Communities & at National Level Consent Opt-Out Mechanisms We have control over our data and how it is used. Transparent Data Practices people must know how their personal data is gathered , processed , and shared . educating people on their legal rights in relation to their personal data. Education and Knowledge It is essential to encourage privacy literacy among people and to make them aware of their rights as well as any possible risks linked with broadcasting.
