Major Paper : Look for one (1) research study ( Phd level) about ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR in the context of education. Present the title, problem statements , results, conclusions, and educational management implications in matrix form. Out of that, write a two-page reflection paper (double space, times new roman, 12 font size) by highlighting the insights that you acquire from it .
