EARLY
MORNING
Soaked almonds or raisins or any other
nuts
Milk with a pinch of turmeric or
cinnamon
BREAKFAST
Idli, Dosa, Upma, Oats porridge, Sambar,
Thin dal, Mint or Corriander chutney
MID-
MORNING
Vegetable soups, Buttermilk, Fruit salad or any
other whole fruit (Banana, Amla, Guava, Mango
and other seasonal fruits)
LUNCH
Soft cooked Dhal Rice, Rasam Rice, Curd Rice or
Rice with Fish or Chicken Gravy
EVENING
Boiled whole grams like Channa, Rajma, Sundal.
DINNER
Kichadi, Chappathi or as same as Breakfast.
BED TIME
Milk with pinch of turmeric or cinnamon.
Some Tips
Amla can be consumed in form of juice.
Drink 2-3 liters of water
Add ginger, garlic , turmeric in the diet
Regular tea can be substituted with green tea,
ginger tea and tulasi tea.
Add in fruits like Apple, Guava, Pineapple, Pear
*Home made vegetable soups such as Tomato Soup
and Drumstick leaves soup can be taken.
