SPECIAL NOTES:

1. This camera is not equipped with On/Off button. The camera will start to

work after it's connected to power supply. To confirm the status of the

camera, you may put it in the dark and check if the infrared Led lights up.

If yes, the camera is working normally.

2. If you failed to set WiFi network for the camera, there may be several
reasons:

- WiFi password is not correct; Please enter correct password.

- The name or the password of your WiFi network contains special letters

(és

) special symbols (4$%..) or spaces; Please use classic letters and
numbers as password.
- The encryption of your router is set to combined algorithm AES+TKIP,

which is not supported by the camera, Please change the algorithm to AES|
or TKIP,

3. When you access the camera with PC navigator, it's recommended to use
Internet Explorer. Otherwise some important functions (accessing SD card)
motion detection, etc.) will be missing.

On Windows 10, default navigator is Edge. You need to enter Option of

the navigator and choose “Open the page with Internet Explorer”
4Resetting the camera to factory settings may solve certain problems

forgetting password of the camera, for example. To reset the camera, you
may hold the reset button for 30 seconds until you hear a click sound
from the camera. The reset button of CTIPC cameras is located on the
cable of the camera, The reset button of CTPC camera is located on
camera body.

application on the APP store or on Google Play.

The camera accept Micro SD card of Class 10+ with maximum capacity up)
to 128G. The format of the card should be Fat32. After installation of SD
card, please format the card with mobile application.

3.2 Picture and video playback

‘Click Picture to view the pictures stored in phone, click Video to view the
video playback. Local is for videos stored in your phone and Online is for
video stored in the SD card. (Picture #11)

To transfer the recordings of SD card to other devices, there’ re two
possibilities:

1.Click on the recording and select Download, the recording will be
downloaded to Local. There you can download the recording again under
MPA format to the album of your mobile device.

2.Access the camera from a PC of the same LAN. Please refer to Chapter 5]

The camera is not able to distinguish human and objects. t will detect all
movement on the image and trigger alarm. It’ s recommended to set
detection area to exclude unimportant area and moving objects like trees
and bushes, so as to reduce unnecessary alarms.

3.3Motion Detection setting

Click Action with Alarm - Turn on Alarm notifications (Picture #14) to
receive push alarm; turn on Alarm SD REC to set record by motion
detection; turn on E-mail Alarm with Pictures to receive an alarm email
with snap shot. (Picture #15)

13. For the cameras with color-night function, it’s possible to select Led mode
among Ordinary, Color and intelligent.

Ordinary : At night, only infrared Led will light up. The image is in black and
white,

Color: At night, white Led will ight up. The image is in colors.
Intelligent : At night, white Led will ight up when the camera detects
movement, The alarm image will be in colors. Other images will remain in
black and white,

ATTENTION : for other cameras without color-night function, it's necessary to
set the mode at Ordinary (if this option is displayed). Otherwise, you’ Il have
problem with image at night.

14. You can visit local camera by put in camera IP address in browser.
You can find IP address in APP menu- Device Information

You can download SD card video by click SD card , please play the
video by Hi-player which you can download from Ctronics website.
