field of fabrication, erection, welding and Maintenances activities and quality control, for various
construction projects in oil, gas and chemical process facilities.

NATURE OF THE WORK
 Co-coordinating, controlling and execution of sub contractor’s activities, making, monitoring and
controlling of sub contractors work.

Scaffolding and Rigging/Lifting
 Preparing and monitoring of Repairing &Services Rotating and Static Equipment and all types of valves.

is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, specifications & correct
Materials.

completion of fit up, arranging for QC inspectors and third party inspector according to approval.
 Ensure that all the Fabrication, Welding, Erection related records such as cutting list, bill of materials,
 Weld cards, consumables etc. are properly archived, and cooperate with Safety and QA/QC
inspectors by performing as per their recommendations.
 Monitoring foremen, daily production fit up and welding records and report the status performed to
the Construction Manager. Participating and preparing of Task Risk Assessment for the given job to
categorize and measure the precaution for the task to carryout job safely and without LTI.
 Sending feed backs to the line managers for maintaining the project schedule on time.
 Have a working knowledge in Gas& Oil field with all kind of Fabrication and erection Inspection
Techniques for various applicable standards.
 Completed cross country Pipe Line (underground) Saudi ARAMCO & Bahrain pipe line project.
 Completed 6 phases of GE-GAS TURBINE & STEAM TURBINES -ISO PHASE BUS DUCTS (IPBD), ALBA
(ALUMINIUM BAHRAIN) Line 6 Expansion PS5 Project.
 Fabrication and erection of structural and piping, monitoring construction activities and Schedule,
weekly & monthly progress report, co-ordination with other discipline and supervising Field Erection
of vessels, piping and structural.
 Installation of process for utility & firewater pipelines, erection of pressure vessels, receivers, heat
exchangers etc.

isometrics.

 Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and site modifications advices from client &
Quality Control department as well.
 Performing Hydro Testing & Pneumatic testing for process and utility piping.
 Attend project meetings and supports to construction/commissioning work at site.
 Assists contractors in planning and scheduling work to obtain maximum efficiency.
 Responsible for supervision of fabrication and installation of piping & Mechanical items as per
drawing and client specification
 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to
increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
 Responsible for modifying Filtration Plants to achieve clarity, reduce consumables cost.
 Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments
through application of trouble shooting tools.
 Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve
substantial reduction in Expenditures and work within the budget.
 Carrying out appraisals & performance reviews of various teams & providing feedbacks on areas of
improvements.
 Daily meeting internal meetings with construction & Project manager to discuss about the progress &
quality of the work & discussing about the site conditions & requirements for the execution of work,
