(a)Presently working as CRM cum DMS Operator at Ruby Associates Pvt. Ltd.(An Authorised Service
Station of Tata Motors Ltd.) at NH-5A, Kantigadia, Chandikhol, Jajpur since February 2013 to till date.
Responsibilities includes:-
As CRM cum DMS Operator: Receiving & Listening to Customer’s complaint with Job Card Opening,
Estimation of Spare & Labour, Revised estimate with approval from Customer and Final Invoicing of Job
card with ancillary work order making in SIEBEL(ONLINE SOFTWARE OF TATA MOTORS LTD.).
Free Servicing Billing uploading in DMS to VCM, WPP report preparation, AMC & RECON invoicing in VCM
with Free Service bill & AMC bill claiming to Tata Motors.
Customer database register maintaining with CRO for Service Reminder & Post Service Follow up also
Service reminder through mail & telephonic contact regularly.
Onsite service of Free Service campaign & On wheel service planning.
Assisting Works Manager, Accounts & Management in office related report preparation with letter typing,
data entry, scanning work. etc.
Complaint closing raised by Tata Motors on SEIBEL after discussion with customer.
Maintain the register of Daily Correspondences i.e. dispatch/receive/couriers/mails etc & Checking E-mails
and reply tracking accordingly
Well experienced with workshop management, Office management, customer care & Tata Motor’s CRM
(SIEBEL) package & Diagnose fault through BS-III Samtec system.
Follow up of Pending Spares order, VOR order & report preparing of demand spares by customer.
Well conversed with report like Operation Management, Athena & Tata Reconnect system.

Job Card Opening & Invoicing, Free Service Claiming and daily PSF follow up checking through DMS for
Service Dept.
