4. Contract Hire is a straightforward  and cost effective 
way for you to fund your fleet without the financial risk 
and administrative burden of purchasing, operating and 
disposing of your vehicles.
Days Fleet work to understand your business and your needs by using 
our expertise to provide you with the very best advice when it comes to 
managing your fleet and selecting your vehicles of choice.
We provide a vehicle of your choice for an agreed term and mileage with a 
fixed rental for the contract, allowing you to budget effectively.
As we remain the owners of the vehicle, the financial risks of ownership such 
as maintenance or unpredictable resale values rest with us.
We will manage the administration from sourcing, to in-life management 
through to disposal. At the end of the contract you simply hand the vehicle 
back and begin a new lease.

maintenance or other fleet management services,
Days Fleet can help your business gain substantial

The core of our fleet management product focuses on the maintenance of 
a vehicle - its servicing, MOT and tyre replacement - however we can also 
assist with the entire process from vehicle procurement, in life events and 
management through to vehicle disposal.

8. As part of our fleet consultation  we can assess 
whether any of your owned vehicles can be purchased 
by us and leased back to you.
We can purchase all or some of your vehicles and lease them back to you.  
We then take on the financial risks of ownership including resale values 
unexpected repair costs, and you then pass the costs and burden of vehicle 
disposal to Days Fleet. These funds can then be released back into your 
business for investment in core activities.
In addition to releasing capital you also retain the full use of your existing 
fleet under a fixed-cost contract hire agreement.
Your fleet will be removed from your company balance sheet as ownership 
transfers to Days Fleet, bringing potential tax savings for your business.

10. When you don’t want the long term commitment of 
contract hire or you simply require an additional vehicle
for one day or a month or more, Days Flexi Hire  has
the solution.
Our dedicated in-house Flexi Hire team will get your driver on the road 
within a matter of hours ensuring the appropriate vehicle for their needs is 
delivered to the right place, at the right time, at a competitive fixed rate. We 
will also provide you with simple, clear, consolidated invoicing. Authorised 
users can also access our online booking system to request a vehicle and 
manage bookings.
We offer two solutions, Flexi Hire  and Flexi Hire +
Sliding scale of daily rates
The longer you keep it, the more competitive 
it becomes per day.
No minimum hire period
Hires charged by the day and invoiced after 28 
days or after termination, whichever comes frst.
Delivered to a location of your choice
To any business address or home in the UK.
Unlimited mileage
Up to 27 days
24 hour breakdown recovery
Provided either by the manufacturer or our 
hire partner.
Minimum commitment is just 28 days
Suitable for new employees or lead in vehicles.
No early termination charges
Once the frst 28 days has elapsed you may  terminate at any time and only pay for the 
number of days actually used.
Generous mileage allowance
Equivalent to 32,500 miles per annum.
Hires invoiced every 28 days

time in any vehicle you have a duty of care to ensure 
that they are licenced to drive . Considering there is 
no longer a licence counterpart, our licence checking 
service offers you a quick and efficient way to manage 
your drivers.
Days Fleet provides a comprehensive electronic licence checking system 
which links with the live DVLA system, ensuring that you always have 
the most up to date and accurate information on everyone driving your 
vehicles on business or for private use - this can include grey fleet drivers 
or other authorised drivers. 
We’ll manage the ongoing process of checking that anyone driving vehicles 
in connection with your business has the necessary authorisation to meet 
your duty of care responsibilities. All results will be sent to you via regular 
management information reports and will also be quickly visible through 
the traffic light system on our Client Dashboard.

Days Accident Management ensures drivers are a single phone call away 
from full support, whenever and wherever an incident arises. We will look 
after your whole fleet, whether leased from Days Fleet, owned outright or 
leased from another provider.
Having an accident management partner available 24/7/365
ensures fleet drivers get all the vital support they need following
any vehicle incident. Every aspect of the claim is managed on their
behalf, quickly and cost-effectively. Most importantly, this enables
