2.Click onLogin.
3.EnterRegisteredEmailid
andpassword&Clickon
‘Login’.

3. Steps to be followed for placing a Bid in theAuction
After Login on theWebsite
•Go to the Auction “Searchauction”
•Search Auction by auction id in the search auctionbox.
•Click on “Click here to bid” for participate in theauction.

4. 1.Select your Valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
2.Click onSubmit.
3.If any DSC related guidance required, OR getting Your Signing digital certificate verification is Pending, Please contact
to mentioned number in page.

5. Tick in the checkbox and click on “Agree” button to Confirm yourparticipation

6. Verify details before Start of the Bidding
Current date and Time : System current Date andTime.
Remaining Time : Time Remaining forBid.
Start Date and Time : Start Date and Time ofauction.
End Date and Time : End Date and Time ofAuction.
Current extension –Current/ ongoingextension.
Start Price : Property Start price from Auction to be start.
Increment : Increase the amount in the Start price/H1 BidAmount.
Next Possible Bid : Amount that buyer can bid next inauction
Property Details : Property Description along with the Property Details.

7. •Start the Bidding from the Auction Start Price or with one increment or
multiple of increment. (e.g. 25,00,000/-., 25,05,000., 25,10,000, more…)
•Enter YourAmountin“Rate in Rs. In Fig.” column, Press “TAB” key in
the Key Board and verify your entered amount inWords.
•Click on “Bid” Button if your entered amount isok.

8. Click on ‘YES’ on prompt message onscreen.

9. Accepted Bid will be displayedrespectively
If,YourRankshows:2,3,4......andwantstobidfurther?lookattheH1Bid
AmountandEnterNextPossibleBidinthe“RateinRs”column.Andclickon
Bid.
Extensiontimewillbeapplicableaspermentionedinthesalenotice.
