Political period,
◦In the political period like already we know about the
◦Balwant rai Mehta committee 1957,
◦Ashok Mehta committee 1977,
◦G.V.K. Rao committee 1985,
◦L.M. Singhavi report 1986,
◦P.K. Thungan committee 1989
◦H.S.H. Committee 1990
And finally constitution amendments passed by parliament in December, 1992.
The Andhra Pradesh Decentralisation
and Equal Development of All Regions
Bill, 2020.
◦Finally Indian Constitution amended the 73
rd
and 74
th
constitution
amendments give a solution.
◦In Andhra Pradesh passed the bill in Jan 2020.
◦On July 31, the state government notified the bill to act that’s AP
DECENTRALIZED AND INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ALL
REGION ACT, 2020.
◦This act had said about the decentralized AP government.
◦This law paves the way forTHREE CAPITALS
for the state.
1.Amaravati -Legislative council.
2.Visakhapatnam -Executive council.
3.Kurnool -Judicial council.
