4. Story Line and Personas The Vision (OEM) planner runs the contract mfg item plan based on shipment history and generates the forecast. The forecast is published to supplier via portal. Supplier views the forecast and checks his capacity. Based on capacity, Supplier gives his commit to Vision. Vision receives and reviews committed quantity from supplier. Vision updates the commit as capacity in the plan and reruns the plan if there is any change in forecast.
