Design Thoughts has a friendly, young and energetic team of professionals with an innate desire to design the most beautiful residential and commercial buildings.
Our in-house team consists of architects, 3D visualizers, project managers, process engineers, with a deep understanding of the latest trends in structural, plumbing
and electrical applications.
Mahantesh started his architectural career in 2004 after graduating with distinction. Today, with over 10 years of professional experience, he has successfully handled projects worth Rs.450 Crore, covering 1 Million SFT across residential, corporate, retail and high-rise complexes.
He is a registered member of the Council of
Architecture, BNI and is also connected with
industry veterans with 30+ years in the field. His
wealth of knowledge and experience with the
local by-laws of Bangalore City immediately
give the common man, developers and builders
an added advantage.
In his free time, Mahantesh trains with the
Jayanagar Jaguars, a group of long distance
runners and fitness enthusiasts. His most recent
feat was the ‘Life Is Calling’ 10K Marathon.

Preparing Working Drawing Prelimanary For Budget Estimation
• Prepare set of drawings covering the architectural, structural,
electrical and plumbing layout of the project through a process
of technical coordination with architectural, structural, electrical
and plumbing consultants.
Prepare Tender Document
• Prepare specification, schedule of quantities, sufficient to prepare
estimation of cost as per code of practice
covering details like mode of measurement and method of
payment.
Prepare Working Drawing For Construction
• Prepare set of drawings covering the architectural, structural,
electrical and plumbing layout of the project through a process of
technical coordination with architectural, structural, electrical and
plumbing consultants.
Coordination & Inspection With Civil Engineer For The Project
• In order to ensure that the work site proceeds in accordance with
drawings, and exercise time and quality control.
• Visit to the site to inspect and evaluate construction work and
clarify any decision where necessary.
• Offer interpretation of drawing/specification.
• Attend conferences and meetings to ensure that the project
proceeds in accordance with the
conditions of contract.
