3. What is HELMET?

HELMET
Helmet is a protective gear worn to protect the head region
and shield the human brain while riding motorcycle. Some
helmet provide additional conveniences such as,
ventilation, face shield, sun visor and ear protection. The
helmet reduce the risk of head injury and death . It serve
as safety measurement and compulsory by law in most
countries.

7. How do HELMET works?

HELMET

Helmet has a hard shell on the outside (rigid outer
shell) and foam on the inside (impact absorbing
liner)
If you hit your head, the materials will help to
dissipate the force and energy of the impact,
which reduces the force applied to the skull.
The foam works to cushion the blow to the head,
while the smooth outer shell allows your head to
safely skid across the surface of impact without
jerking your neck.

8. The outer surface of the
helmet is painted by
using a painting gun
with a base coat and
that is followed by
another layer of the
primary colour.

The entire structure is
polished and the joining
marks left behind is
ground to a smooth
surface.
Tiny little beads of
polystyrene are
expanded under
pressure and heat
which are commonly
know as foam for the
EPS(expanded
polystyrene) shell

9. Each step mentioned
before passes through
multiple quality checks
at the end to see if it
meet the requirements
before being packaged
and shipped.
A visor mechanism
along with a strapping
mechanism is being put
together in the helmet
using tools for punching
a hole and attaching
the strap.
