Introduction Health is viewed as the absence of diseases or physical abnormalities; nevertheless, health is more than just the absence of diseases; it is a sound state that keeps one fit and joyful. Individuals' health may be defined as a condition of positive physical, mental, and social well-being.

Determinants of Health The Health and physical wellbeing of the people depends on different internal and external factors G enetical factors, health and social care, behavioural factors, environmental factors and physical influences H ealth equity is the potentiality or opportunity of individuals to reach out to the maximum outbound of the health potentiality

Impact of Smoking on Health 14% of the people an ageing minimum of 18 years old and above is habituated to smoking, that accumulates the total 6.9 million of the population Smoking causes many major health issues among people slowly, and to some extent, the symptoms of the diseases are not noticed as well . Due to smoking, the prevalence of frequent health diseases including different chronic diseases increases significantly

Drinking and Health Problems People turning drinking into a habit consumes excessive levels of alcohol which is unnatural and can cause fatal health-related issues (Kim and Hyeon, 2019) Almost 80.3% of deaths in 2020 were accounted for by the alcohol-related deaths in the United Kingdom last year ( Irizar et al., 2021) long-terms drinking causes blood pressure issues, coronary heart diseases, liver and kidney diseases, digestive issues, weakening the immune system, cancer etc.

Unhealthy Sexual Behaviour and Consequences on Health Unhealthy sexual behaviour refers to having intercourse with multiple partners, unprotected intercourse or illicit use of drugs (Hayden et al, 2016). Due to the use of illicit drugs, the chances of STDs such as chlamydia, gonorrhoea, hepatitis B, HIV etc. increase significantly (Cale and Lussier, 2017). STDs or STIs can lead to further fatal consequences among both male and female individuals

Conclusion Individuals' health must be prioritised , and their behaviour should reflect this. Individuals who want to live a healthy and sound lifestyle should avoid any bad health-related behaviors and habits that have a negative impact on their health. To lead a healthy and positive life individuals need to give up the bad habits that relates with tobacco or alcohol consumption, as well giving up unusual sexual activities.
