Let’s show this using the K-Nex Yellow = Experience Green = Positive thoughts White = Negative Thoughts Blue = Positive Emotions Grey = Negative Emotions Now imagine you are doing something scary for the first, such as a job interview or new school, Using the K-Nex create a mind map of connections to show how you can use positive thought to create strong links
