Project management case studies (Merck and the French Military) are presented to highlight decision processes in real-life settings. Innovative project management skills will be crucial to realizing the next generation of large-scale digital transformation projects in the contemporary smart network stack of web3 blockchains, AI, and quantum. The AI Project Management Agent joins humans as a symbiotic and complementary team-member.
