ISSUANCE: DILG MEMORANDUM – PDEA LIST OF REMAINING DRUG-AFFECTED BARANGAYS WITH NO APPLICATION/COMPLIANCE TO BARANGAY DRUG-CLEARING PROGRAM (BDCP) OF THE GOVERNMENT SINCE 2017 There are still 131 drug-affected barangays in Caraga that have not yet applied nor complied with the guidelines of BDCP Alegria – 11 Dapa – 12 General Luna – 11 Pilar – 8 Placer – 13 San Isidro – 8 Socorro – 10 Target to reduced by at least 50% by the end of this year Surigao City – 22 Tagana -an – 1 TOTAL – 96/131 (73%)

ACTIVITIES: International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) DILG Caraga spearheaded BIDA Kabataang Malaya sa Droga : 2024 IDADAIT Youth Forum in Caraga Region Participated by SDN – Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials, Local Youth Development Councils , and other Local Youth Organization Leaders

Monica Municipal Police Station Personnel led by PLT RIXIE G RIVAS , DCOP, under the supervision of PLT JOSEPH B ACEDILLA , Officer-in-Charge, conducted an illegal drug awareness and prevention campaign and a human trafficking symposium in relation to the 2024 celebration of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) with the theme “The evidence is clear: INVEST IN PREVENTION” in collaboration with Sta. Monica LGU, headed by Hon. Arwela A. Dolar , Municipal Mayor
