Fourier Transform MEMBERS Jehanzeb Buledi Afaq Laghari Maria Morejo
What is F ourier transform Fourier Transform is a mathematical model which helps to transform the signals between two different domains, such as transforming signal from frequency domain to time domain.
Time Domain Time Domain: In the time domain, a signal or function is represented as a function of time. This means that you're looking at how the signal evolves or changes over time. - For example, when you record sound with a microphone, the waveform you see on an oscilloscope is in the time domain. You can observe the amplitude of the signal at different points in time.
Frequency Domain Frequency Domain: In the frequency domain, a signal is represented as a sum of components, each with its own frequency, amplitude, and phase. This representation reveals how various frequencies contribute to the signal.

Fast Fourier transform (FFT) It is important measurement method in the science of audio and acoustic measurement It converts a signal into individual spectral components and there by provides frequency information about the signal. FFTs are used for fault analysis, quality, control
