3. Roots and Wings: Origin Story Being born and raised in Chennai and a native of Kerala, along with my parents (mom and dad) being born and raised in different states of India, i.e., Karnataka and Pune, respectively, allowed me to interact with many people from various states, religions, and cultures. My parents instilled in me the importance of hard work, integrity, and empathy. Their dedication and perseverance have been my guiding principles

4. Making a Difference: Journey in Social Activities     Since childhood, I've been engaged in social activities, helping my local neighborhood community organize medical camps and provide supplies during natural disasters. In my first year of college, I joined social teams and later became part of the council, where I had the opportunity to influence and enhance activities for the benefit of all students. This commitment continued into my professional life, where I actively participate in and organize CSR activities at my workplace.

5. A Milestone in Giving: First Step In college, I initiated a social responsibility event to assist children from a village adopted by our campus who walked barefoot to school in Trichy's extreme heat. As a member of the Tech Fest Marketing Team, I secured over 800 sandals from a leading footwear brand through a CSR activity. I managed the entire process, from contacting companies and signing an MOU to overseeing transportation and distribution. Witnessing the children's smiles when they received the sandals was deeply moving. The footwear company was so impressed with the event that they continued their support. This experience is one of my proudest achievements, as it allowed me to utilize my skills for the benefit of others.

6. Strategic Moves: Passion for Chess   I started learning how to play chess in middle school when my friend defeated me with a three-move checkmate. From there, I climbed up the ladder to lead my college team, which had some FIDE-rated players, to many tournaments and win them. These moments have taught me the importance of team spirit, as we used to get together a lot to discuss various strategies and positions, which helped improve all of our critical thinking. 

7. Capturing Moments: My Journey in Photography The joy of being able to preserve a moment and share it with others is what makes photography interesting to me. I’m an amateur still-life photographer who needs the right time, lighting, and zone for a perfect picture to be captured. Having won some awards for my work, this has taught me a lot about being patient and calm, as it’s never easy to get the picture you want on the first try.

8. Building Better Workplaces: My Initiatives Throughout my professional journey, I have prioritized fostering a positive and productive work culture. As one of the youngest members of my team, I have consistently encouraged participation in extracurricular activities across various lines of business, helping my team gain new contacts and recognition. These initiatives have led to improved key performance indicators, positive feedback from team members, and recognition from senior management beyond our routine work.

9. Team as Family: Forging Stronger Bonds I believe in building strong relationships within any team, viewing them as an extended family. Starting from College till now at CITI, I have always ensured to value my team and motivate them to strive towards their best, also ensuring they get along benefitting all.

Transitioning from a non-technical background to the tech industry presented significant challenges, especially since I joined during the pandemic with limited support. Despite these obstacles, I managed to prove myself. These experiences have taught me the vital importance of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement. My failures have been pivotal in my growth, teaching me to persevere and find solutions in the face of adversity
