5. SIP Gap Analysis reporting: 1. Jan. 31 @ 8 am – district Office Bring Pis and MOVs 2. Feb. 3, 2025 – 7:30 am Division GAP Reporting at SWCES ICT Rm, bring pis and movs 5

6. Community mapping Elementary and Secondary School teachers should mapped elementary and secondary aged children in their assigned area. Each barangay need to make a link for them to deposit their mapping outputs. 6

7. Early Registration: you need to update your LIS registration enrolment kay naka monitor si RD kun pwede daily, do it. 7

8. eLearning Scholarship Program Remind your scholars for their documents. If they are not interested, they need to write a letter of explanation addressed to the Secretary thru the SDS. Valid reasons are needed as their excuse. 8

9. OPCR/IPCR Your OPCR and your teachers IPCR must contain the Performance Indicators from 5 to 1. 5 as Outstanding, 4 – VS, 3 S, 2 Needs Improvement and 1 as Poor. Also kindly secure a certificate of rating from Maam Kring- kring for the financial aspect. Need also to contain/allocate your expenses mostly on curriculum and only a few sa physical aspect. 9
