Do’s The assessment findings need to be comprehensively covered in the main report. Only the details need to be attached as annexure . Present an Executive summary in case the report is lengthy Substantiate your argument or inference by supporting with tangible data with information source

Do’s Provide pictures, maps, drawings, graphs etc. where relevant to make the report more clear to the readers Clearly mention the recommended response actions Mention the process/ methodology of the NA.

Do’s Mention the list of people met and their contacts Mention the access route/s Mention local resources (logistics, food, manpower, construction material etc.)
