Ribosome structure

Guanosine triphosphate  (GTP)   : is found to have a narrower range of cellular functions in, for instance, protein synthesis and signaling

Amino acids are organic compounds that serve as the building blocks of proteins. Amino acids are linked together by peptide bonds to form polypeptide chains, which then fold into three-dimensional structures to create functional proteins. The sequence of amino acids in a protein is determined by the sequence of nucleotides in the gene that encodes it. This sequence is crucial for the protein's structure and function, as different amino acid sequences lead to different protein structures and activities. “ Ester bond" is a chemical bond that is formed when a carboxyl group (COOH) reacts with a hydroxyl group (OH) from another molecule,

EF - Ts  (elongation factor thermo stable) is one of the prokaryotic elongation factors. Delivers the aminoacyl-tRNA to the ribosome EF - Tu  (elongation factor thermo unstable) is a prokaryotic elongation factor responsible for catalyzing the binding of an aminoacyl-tRNA . EF - G (elongation factor –G) is a prokaryotic elongation factor involved in protein translation. Responsible for movement (translocation) of transfer RNA ( tRNA ) and messenger RNA (mRNA) through the ribosome .
