EVACUATION PLAN is a crucial component of disaster risk reduction management plans aimed at minimizing harm and ensuring the safety of individuals in the event of a disaster or emergency situation. It outlines systematic procedures and protocols for safely and efficiently evacuating people from areas at risk to designated safer locations.

STEPS IN MAKING LOGISTIC PLAN 16 1 With the detection of a calamity, either through early warning systems or other means. The School DRRM Coordinator will activate the emergency response team. CALAMITY DETECTION
STEPS IN MAKING LOGISTIC PLAN 16 2 The Emergency Response Team is immediately activated upon the detection of a calamity. The team assesses the situation and determines the need for evacuation. Emergency Response Team Activation
STEPS IN MAKING LOGISTIC PLAN 16 3 The assigned teachers in communication and dissemination will inform all stakeholders, including school staff, students, Barangay local government, transportation providers, and relevant authorities. Communication Initiated
STEPS IN MAKING LOGISTIC PLAN 16 4 Based on the assessment, the Emergency Response Team decides to initiate an evacuation if necessary. If it is yes Evacuation route is activated. Evacuation Decision
