2006 - Deacero Celaya Plant 2008 - GE Intake and Exhaust system 2008 - Lamosa M aterial handling equipment, silos & installation of process equipment 2013 - Deacero 3M Steel Mill Project 2015 - Gerdau Corsa , Cd. Sahagún Steel Mill Project OTHER PROJECTS

Customer: Deacero   Location: Celaya, Guanajuato, MX Year Completed:  2006. From the beginning, Durosa has been providing various services to the steel industry. In 2006, we were awarded a number of projects in the construction of Deacero second steel plant in Celaya. Among the most notable projects was the installation of the continuous casting machine and the complete manufacturing and assembly of the fume exhaust system including the baghouse and dust silo. Deacero Celaya Plant

Customer: General Electric   Location : Durosa Peña Guerra Year Completed :  2008. In 2006 Durosa certifies as a GE supplier and was assigned to fabricate a complete Intake and Exhaust system, additionally Durosa contributes with many other fabrications for the Power Industry. General Electric Intake and Exhaust Systems

Customer: Lamosa    Location : Monterrey, N.L., MX Year Completed :  2008. Scope of work: Fabrication and steel erection of steel structures, material handling equipment, silos, walkways, handrails, stairs and installation of process equipment.    Project Lamosa Plant

Customer: Deacero    Location : Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila Projects :   Billet Warehouse, Water Treatmet Plant, Additives Structure (Steel structure, Chutes and Hoppers), Scrap Metal Warehouse, Fume Exhaust System, CCM structure, others.  Year Completed :  2013 . After a great job done in the Deacero’s steel mill in Celaya, Durosa had the opportunity to work in the construction of Deacero’s newest steel mill Deacero 3M. One of the biggest challenges we had in this project, was the fabrication and erection of the Fume Exhaust ducts. The size of the secondary duct was 7 meters in diameter and had to be installed at an approximate height of 50 meters, with the complexity of having very limited space to maneuver in the 300 ton cranes between the scrap metal warehouse and the billet warehouse. For start Durosa had to build an on site facility to bend roll the huge ducts as they where not transportable, so we roll bend them in site and made a very systematic plan for erecting each an every segment of the exhaust system. Deacero 3M Steel Mill Project

Customer: Gerdau   Location : Cd. Sahagún, Edo. México Year Completed: 2015. Project Scope: Fume Exhaust System, Steel erection of Scrap Metal Warehouse, miscellaneous steel structures. At the end of 2013 Gerdau Corsa started the construction of their newest steel plant capable of producing an estimated 1,000 metric tons of steel per year focusing mainly in long steel products. Durosa which had successfully finalize Deacero 3M project in Ramos Arizpe, Nuevo Leon was invited with recommendation of the globally recognized engineering firm Danielli to participate in the complete fabrication and erection of the Fume Exhaust System. Due to Durosa’s great progress the company had also the opportunity to help in the erection of the Scrap Metal Warehouse, and other process equipment. Gerdau Corsa, Cd. Sahagún Steel Mill Project
