3. conclusion Eclampsia is a comman complication still associated with high level of maternal and perinatel mortality as well as morbidity. ANC coverage should be strengthened to detect pre-eclampsia, and prevent eclampsia. Management in the hospital should be optimized to prevent recurrent convulsion and complication after admission.
