Os advérbios e as expressões de frequência são palavras usadas para indicar a frequência com que determinada ação acontece. Veja os exemplos: “I always recycle the trash.” “He rarely reuses disposable materials.” “We sometimes plant seeds in our garden beds.” Perceba que os advérbios de frequência são, geralmente, posicionados anteriormente ao verbo principal da frase. Além dos advérbios de frequência, também podemos utilizar as expressões de frequência para expressar a regularidade com que certas ações são realizadas. Veja os exemplos: “The trash truck passes by my street three times a week .” “ M y mother donates clothes every other six months .” “I buy old newspapers e very weekend .” Perceba que essas expressões são, geralmente, posicionadas ao final da frase.

I think it’s very important to often teach children about sustainability from an early age. It is our responsibility to ensure that we leave a healthy planet for future generations. Clara: I agree.
